1. Who provides the app

Target Practice is provided by MAJATECH (shooting@majatech.pl). By installing the app you accept these terms.

2. What it is for

Target Practice is a training tool for shooters: it scores holes from a photo of the target, keeps a session log, and supports dry-fire practice using the microphone and sensors from a watch or EEG headband.

3. Safety

The app does not replace safe firearm handling. When handling a firearm, follow the law, the range rules and the range officer's instructions. Before dry-fire practice, make sure the firearm is unloaded and verified. Using the app relieves you of none of these duties — responsibility for safety rests entirely with you.

4. Measurement accuracy

Hit detection, scoring and sensor readings are indicative. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, target type and ambient conditions. Do not treat the app's results as official competition scoring or as a basis for settling sporting decisions.

5. Price and advertising

The app is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. It currently contains no active in-app purchases.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from its use, including incorrect hit detection or loss of training data stored on the device. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded — in particular for intentional harm and for life and health.

7. Your data

Photos, recordings and results stay on your device. Details in the privacy policy. Whether they are backed up depends on your system settings.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page, dated at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not limit consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
